Degree-seeking
Undergraduate students
If it has been more than one semester (not including summer session) since your last enrollment, you must complete the following processes prior to enrolling in a course:
- Complete an Undergraduate Request for Re-admission form.
- Send the form to the Director of Admissions, 230 Jesse Hall, Columbia, MO 65211-1300
- Send transcripts for all college work completed since last attending MU

Massachusetts residents: You are not eligible to enroll in Mizzou's online classes or programs. If you have been admitted to an online program at Mizzou you will be permitted to complete your programs of study. If you have enrolled in an online class, but have not been admitted to an online program, you will not be allowed to enroll in additional online classes.
Graduate students
If it has been more than two semesters since your last enrollment at MU you must complete the following processes prior to enrolling in a course:
- Complete a Graduate School Re-Activation form
- Send the form to the department to which you are requesting re-enrollment
- Send transcripts for all college work completed since last attending MU
- Send test scores for the GRE or other exam required by the department, if not previously submitted

Massachusetts residents: You are not eligible to enroll in Mizzou's online classes or programs. If you have been admitted to an online program at Mizzou you will be permitted to complete your programs of study. Nondegree-seeking or post-baccalaureate students
Returning/current nondegree-seeking students must apply to the University to be admitted as a nondegree or post-baccalaureate student.
